Job summary

Mars Incorporated in North Kansas City, MO is seeking a Material Handler for a climate-controlled, night-shift position. The role covers end-to-end logistics, from receiving packaging and raw materials to loading outbound shipments and maintaining strict inventory control.

You will work closely with production, purchasing, receiving, shipping, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations in a temperature-controlled environment, with a safety-first culture and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse logistics, receiving, or material handling.
• Forklift operation experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds safely.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory logs.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and manifests.
• Operate forklift to unload inbound trucks and move materials to storage.
• Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate logs.
• Load outbound trailers with proper labeling and weight distribution.
• Maintain GMPs and a clean, organized warehouse environment.
