Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Lift Truck Operator to support production lines with packaging materials and finished products. The position features a 12-hour night shift (5:20pm–5:30am) on a 2-2-3 schedule and a competitive hourly rate.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trailers, staging shipments, and maintaining accurate ERP records. A high school diploma and basic math/computer skills are required. Benefits are available and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Experience with forklift operations and safety procedures.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Unload and receive packing and regrind trailers.
• Stage shipments for transfers and move materials to lines.
• Operate forklift to supply production lines with packaging.
• Dump trash and manage waste using tippers.
• Operate stretch wrapper and drain railcars as needed.
• Maintain accurate counts and record material movements in ERP.
