Job summary

bioMérieux in Cary, NC is seeking a Manufacturing Service Technician to operate high speed, highly automated production equipment for BacT/ALERT bottles in a cGMP environment. This third shift role runs Monday–Friday from 11 pm to 7:30 am and requires adherence to SOPs, safety procedures, and meticulous documentation of batches.

You will perform setup, maintenance, inspections, and process improvements, train teammates, and contribute to batch records, deviations, CAPAs, and quality metrics

Qualifications

Experience in regulated production/operations environments preferred.
Proficiency with automated production equipment desired.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations (LOTO, electrical safety) preferred.
Familiarity with FDA/GMP regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate high speed manufacturing equipment and automated processes.
Complete production batches and related documentation.
Perform setup, inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and cleaning.
Assist with deviation analysis, CAPA actions and quality concerns.
