The ideal candidate holds a HS diploma with hands-on manufacturing, military or technical experience, and is comfortable with shift work including evening hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher plus 1+ year technical/trade certification.
• High School Diploma/GED or higher plus 1.5+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
• High School Diploma/GED or higher plus 1.5+ years of military technical experience.
• High School Diploma/GED or higher plus 1+ years of experience in equipment maintenance or a closely related technical field.
• 6+ months of electronics equipment troubleshooting, installation repair and operation of semiconductor manufacturing technology; ERT training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Collect and evaluate operating data to optimize equipment for efficiency and quality.
• Run lots and maintain high production standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, manage spare parts, and support production operations.
• Lead improvement processes and resolve nonstandard events within the production line.
• Update and maintain training manuals; participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team activities.
• Coordinate with Module Engineering for experiments and equipment configuration changes.
• Monitor equipment data to identify opportunities for improvement and maintain system reliability.
