Job summary

Celgard, LLC in Concord, NC is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Tech – Night Shift to join the production team. You will operate various manufacturing equipment, monitor processes, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced 12-hour night schedule.

Starting pay is $18.50/hour with a $1.20 shift premium, plus overtime opportunities and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. This role reports to the Production Supervisor and requires teamwork and strong attention to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to learn software programs and scanners.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial film manufacturing equipment including extruders, laminators, ovens, and others.
• Prepare chemical solutions and monitor processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and instrument faults.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow GMPs.
• Record data and assist with process control and traceability.
• Train new staff and support cross-functional teams.
