Job summary

Toyota Boshoku America is seeking a production team member to support manufacturing operations in our Kentucky facility. You will follow standard work, assist with overtime coverage, and participate in safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in manufacturing, strong teamwork, and communication skills, and are able to work a rotating schedule including evenings and weekends. Oracle ERP and MS Office proficiency are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities required.
• Willingness to work fixed or rotating shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support production line as a team member.
• Ensure overtime coverage is communicated and assigned.
• Follow standard work procedures and 5S/TPS principles.
• Train and support team members on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Complete documentation and reports and monitor KPI dashboards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain safety, quality, and cost improvement efforts.
