Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop manufacturing staff; provide direction to assigned personnel.
• Coordinate actions to resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems.
• Perform area Gemba walks to ensure safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate goals and roadmaps for Plant Management platforms aligning supply chain strategies with demand.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, Manufacturing, Planning, Engineering and Facilities to meet business objectives.
