Job summary

Join Kelly in Partnership with Johnson and Johnson Vision in Jacksonville, FL to operate and maintain production equipment in a controlled, air-conditioned manufacturing environment. This role offers on-site facilities and a path to convert to a full-time Johnson & Johnson employee.

Shifts include rotating Night (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) and Day (6:00 AM–6:00 PM) with pay of $25.76/hr and $23.00/hr respectively, along with shift differentials and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Maintenance or engineering experience – 2 years or more.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Qualifying score on Ramsay assessment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and effective production
• Conduct routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs minimizing down time
• Collaborate with the production team to resolve technical issues and improve processes
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards
• Provide support to other departments as required
