Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost targets.
• Provide leadership during startups, shutdowns, product transitions and line stoppages.
• Ensure staffing and resources for safe, efficient operations and develop personnel.
