Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and manufacturing systems; knowledge of cGMPs is desirable.
• Familiarity with industrial automation and PLC-based control systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety as a top priority and drive safety improvements across shifts.
• Deploy team effectively to meet production goals and train staff to required standards.
• Coordinate shift activities to align with production schedules and handovers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage line clearance and material checks.
• Lead process improvements and manage resources for shift throughput.
• Support development plans and participate in OpEx initiatives.
