Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the night shift in Fort Washington, PA. You will lead a highly automated packaging operation, manage 12-hour shifts in a 3-on/2-off, 2-on/3-off rotating cycle, and drive safety, quality and output while maintaining costs.

You will report to Packaging Manager Operations and ensure adherence to union guidelines. Required are an Associates or Bachelor's degree with experience in Operations/Manufacturing/Packaging, strong English communication, math

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Bachelor's degree required with years of experience in Operations/Manufacturing/Packaging
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Basic to intermediate math ability
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication, listening, negotiating and problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Supervise production team to meet goals on high-speed packaging lines and platforms
• Establish personnel schedules and input to production flow
• Compile and report production metrics
• Train staff in safety and quality policies and procedures
• Lead continuous improvements and changes to meet customer needs
• Coordinate with site leadership and union contract adherence
• Optimize use of materials, machines, and human resources
• Manage labor, scrap, data integrity, schedule attainment, quality, uptime, and housekeeping
