Job summary

Kenvue is recruiting for a Manufacturing Associate I - Night Shift to operate equipment, follow SOPs, and perform quality checks in a fully onsite facility located in Fort Washington, PA. You will collaborate with a team to troubleshoot production issues and maintain regulatory standards on 12-hour 2-2-3 night rotations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2-4 years of manufacturing experience, and strong attention to detail with good problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• High School/Secondary Education or Equivalent.
• 2-4 years related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to follow precise instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Capable of adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced production setting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with responsibility and meet deadlines.
• Experience with GMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery to produce high-quality products.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure safety and efficiency in the production process.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards of quality control.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold regulatory standards.
• Prepare records and documentation related to work in progress and report production problems.
• Plan and control production schedules and material requirements to align with the production plan.
• Assist in setting up equipment and conducting quality inspections on the assembly line.
• Notify supervisor of maintenance or repairs needed on equipment promptly.
• Oversee the administration of assigned projects for development, manufacture, marketing, and sales of products.
