Job summary

INCOG BioPharma Services in Fishers, IN seeks a Manufacturing Specialist – Filling (2nd shift) to set up and operate aseptic filling lines. You will work hands-on in controlled cleanrooms, document batch records, and support process improvements across manufacturing teams.

The role requires GMP experience in pharma or biotech, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to train others in fill/finish tasks with equipment setup and changeovers. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 3 years of GMP pharmaceutical experience with the installation, operation, cleaning, and maintenance of pharmaceutical filling equipment.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and Windows environments.
• BS in biological sciences/biotechnology and 1 year of GMP experience with pharmaceutical equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow production and manufacturing procedures.
• Perform duties in Grade C, D, and controlled non-classified cleanrooms.
• Perform aseptic manipulations within Grade A isolators.
• Perform cleaning and sanitization, equipment preparation, and aseptic filling duties as needed.
• Safely operate production equipment including setup and changeovers.
• Accurately document data and complete batch records.
• Execute validation/engineering protocols as needed.
• Train others in various manufacturing tasks including fill/finish and equipment prep.
• Maintain production equipment and troubleshoot issues.
• Support equipment optimization and continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and provide coverage for production.
• Work flexible hours to ensure production facility coverage.
