Zeochem is seeking a Shift Leader (Manufacturing Supervisor) for the 6pm-6am nightshift at our Louisville, KY facility. This hands-on, first-line supervisory role supports production, quality objectives, and covers operator absences as needed.

The position offers hourly pay with benefits; 3–5 years supervisory experience in a process industry preferred, plus ability to work 12-hour shifts and maintain a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years supervisory experience in a process industry (chemical preferred).
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
