Job summary

Catalent is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Winchester, KY site. You will oversee daily manufacturing activities, ensure safety, quality, and performance targets are met, and lead a team of operators and process leaders on a 6 PM – 6 AM 2-2-3 schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of manufacturing or related experience or High school diploma with 6+ years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Train and support Process Leaders, Operators, and Direct Reports to perform their jobs effectively.
• Manage personnel issues including PTO, medical leave, disciplinary actions, and disputes.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and proper use of PPE; maintain payroll records for Accounting.
• Identify development needs and support continuous training programs; communicate goals to production teams.
• Drive productivity improvements while upholding high quality standards; reduce unplanned deviations.
• Support processing investigations and manage batch record revisions; ensure GMP and SOP compliance.
• Collaborate with Production Managers, Materials Planners, Technical Writers and others to meet timelines.
