Qualifications

• Two years of direct supervision in manufacturing beneficial.
• ISO 9001 / IATF experience is a plus.

• Ability to work independently & creatively.

Responsibilities

• The Production Supervisor will find ways to prevent waste and inefficiency in production processes while ensuring the production workforce is following plant standards.
• Aid the Manufacturing Manager and supervise employees; work with manufacturing service groups.
• Lead night shift schedule: 11pm–7am, 6 days on/2 days off.
• Allocate resources to minimize downtime and ensure scheduled activities are completed.
• Oversee and maintain safety practices in accordance with company policies.
• Provide training, guidance, and coaching to employees.
