Amcor Limited is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician for the night shift to support high‑volume plastic production. The role focuses on equipment setup, process adjustments, and rapid problem-solving to sustain quality and yield targets.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to optimize cycles, reduce waste and maintain documentation while following GMP and safety standards. Evening hours include a 12‑hour night schedule with a $1.50/hr differential.

Qualifications

• Capable of physical mobility including sitting, bending, twisting, standing, and lifting.
• Capable of reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Certified to operate a forklift.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Able to interpret instructions and solve problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment and adjust process controls to maintain production quality.
• Monitor cycle specifications to maximize yields and minimize scrap.
• Identify defects, determine root causes, and implement tooling or process improvements.
• Respond to alarms and perform minor machine, mold, or equipment repairs.
• Communicate clearly with shift teams about quality, instructions and productivity.
