This role involves overseeing daily production activities, supervising personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, it offers a salary range of $90,000 to $115,000 annually, along with various benefits including 401(k) and health wellness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of machine shop experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a first-class machinist.
• Certified inspection capability.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily manufacturing activities within the department.
• Supervise and direct personnel in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor daily performance against established standards.
• Conduct new employee orientation concerning daily work and safety.
