Target Rock, a Curtiss-Wright business unit, located in East Farmingdale, NY, seeks a dynamic Business Controller to lead the finance function for a $200M, 320-employee manufacturing facility. You will partner with the General Manager to drive strategic planning, profitability, and operational excellence.

This leadership role offers relocation support and the chance to influence long-term growth for a defense and power-focused business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic financial guidance to support business objectives and growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
• Ensure GAAP, SOX, CAS, FAR compliance and internal controls.
• Oversee financial reporting and coordinate audits with stakeholders.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team and drive continuous improvement.
