Job summary

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with leadership and continuous improvement.
• Sound working knowledge of lean manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, delegation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and continuous improvement to the team in quality, cost, delivery, and safety.
• Support production system (MPS) and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach associates on behavior, policies, and performance standards.
• Work with other Superintendents and Business Units to implement process changes.
• Analyze production schedules and allocate labor to meet demand.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety/environmental regulations.
• Evaluate processes and guide improvements.
