MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in Ferdinand, IN seeks a manufacturing supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead a team, plan staffing, and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will guide direct reports and drive continuous improvement within the plant.

Responsibilities include scheduling, resource allocation, and enforcing safety regulations while collaborating with the Manufacturing Manager to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated leadership.
• Sound knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, delegation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Able to adapt to change and drive improvements.
• Maintain professional competence for assigned responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and continuous improvement across quality, cost/productivity, delivery, and safety.
• Support MasterBrand Production System (MPS) and CI initiatives.
• Provide resources, training, coaching of associates on MBCI values and policies.
• Collaborate with other Superintendents and Business Units on process changes.
• Analyze production schedules and estimate labor requirements; adjust procedures to meet schedules.
• Ensure OSHA and environmental regulations are met.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes and guide sound practices.
• Maintain relationships with associates and uphold MasterBrand Cabinets’ Four Basics & Five Traits.
• Recommend methods to improve production, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Suggest changes in working conditions and equipment use to improve efficiency.
• Assess needs for new products or processes and implement where appropriate.
• Interpret and enforce company policies, rules, and safety regulations.
