Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a manufacturing supervisor for the Ferdinand, IN plant, on 3rd shift. You will lead a production unit, drive safety and efficiency, and coach supervisors and quality staff toward MasterBrand standards.

The role requires a minimum of three years in manufacturing, strong lean knowledge, and proven leadership. You will report to the area Manufacturing Manager and help optimize production through the MasterBrand Production System.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Sound knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, delegation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and continuous improvement to the team in quality, cost/productivity, delivery, and safety.
• Support MasterBrand Production System (MPS) including continuous improvement.
• Coach associates on policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with other units to implement process changes.
• Analyze production schedules and adjust procedures to meet schedules.
• Ensure OSHA and environmental regulations are met.
• Maintain working relationships with manufacturing staff and uphold MasterBrand Values.
• Recommend methods to improve production, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Suggest changes in working conditions to increase efficiency.
• Evaluate needs for new products or processes.
• Enforce company policies and safety rules.
