Job summary

Hera Technologies is seeking a Night Shift CNC Router Supervisor to manage nightly operations and program setup using CAD/CAM software. You will produce 2D/3D aerospace components, ensure quality per AS9100, and adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and organization.

The role requires strong problem-solving, blueprint reading, and collaboration with shop floor personnel to optimize manufacturing methods and tooling selections.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAI Enroute CAD/CAM software (3+ years preferred).
• Experience machining wide range of materials common in aerospace (e.g., Pyron, plastics, GFRP, Phenolic, Kevlar).
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings with GD&T knowledge.
• Aerospace/AS9100 environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nightly CNC routing operations to meet schedule and targets.
• Works with shop floor to set up CNC programs efficiently.
• Optimizes programs and processes for continuous improvement.
• Assists in resolving CAD data issues and developing fixture manufacturing.
• Creates machining processes for new parts and troubleshoots difficult ones.
• Ensures parts meet customer and internal quality standards (AS9100).
• Performs in-process inspections using precision gauges.
• Maintains shop cleanliness and safety with equipment maintenance.
