Job summary

CACI is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for the Orlando, FL site on a third shift (Fri-Mon, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM). You will lead fabrication process development and ECOs, interfacing with design engineers to ensure producibility and build strategies, while driving cost reduction and process control for high-quality opto-electro-mechanical assemblies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in ME/EE/OE plus 3 years of experience, or Associate's with 5+ years in optics/manufacturing engineering.
• Knowledge of process control, cleanroom protocol, and complex opto-mechanical/electro-optical assembly.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or similar process-improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead fabrication process development, documentation, ECOs and training to maintain yield, quality and cleanliness.
