Randstad USA in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Associate II for a 6-month contract, onsite. Pay rate is $35.00–$38.00/hr with a 5% shift differential. Shifts available: A or B, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM. Requires 2+ years in a fast-paced cGMP environment and a High School diploma.

The role focuses on operating bioprocessing equipment, documenting procedures, and ensuring quality and safety in a state-of-the-art facility. Benefit packages are offered as part of the employment terms.

• Monitor operations to ensure quality specs and environmental standards are met.
• Assist in deviation investigations and share insights to improve efficiency.
• Maintain safe work habits and cleanroom/gowning standards.

• Pay Rate: $35.00 – $38.00/hr (depending on experience) + 5% Shift Differential

  • Option A: Sunday – Wednesday (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
  • Option B: Wednesday – Saturday (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
