Job summary

Amgen is seeking an Associate Manufacturing I - Nights to join the ARI Manufacturing team in Rhode Island for high-volume production. The role involves operating per SOPs, working in a Laminar Flow Hood, and supporting a rotating 7PM-7AM schedule with on-site work at Amgen Rhode Island.

Onboarding is 2–6 weeks with daytime hours initially. The candidate will perform and monitor critical processes, draft procedures, and participate in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school/GED with 2 years manufacturing experience
• Associate degree plus 6 months experience in manufacturing or operations
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills
• Basic troubleshooting on production equipment

Responsibilities

• Operate per SOPs and perform operations in a Laminar Flow Hood
• Monitor critical processes and draft/ revise Manufacturing Procedures and reports
• Troubleshoot and review documentation for assigned functions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and own deviations
• Identify improvements related to CAPAs or Continuous Improvement
• Maintain an inspection-ready workspace and organize material inventory
• Interface with DeltaV/EBRs to complete operations
