Job summary

Charter Foods, a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks a Shift Manager to support the management team in running shifts and upholding brand standards. You will lead the team on the floor, ensure duties are completed, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.

Night/overnight hours, must be 18+, high school diploma preferred but not required. You will supervise, train, and deliver safe, quality food while maintaining a safe environment for staff and customers.

Qualifications

• Able to work at night/overnight hours.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them.
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers, and place them in an outside bin.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift by guiding the team with a smile and seek help when needed.
• Ensure that Team Members complete all assigned duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.
• Deliver safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Support management team in running great shifts and upholding Charter Foods standards and brand standards.
