Job summary

Charter Foods, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Shift Manager to support the management team in running shifts and upholding standards. You will lead the team, ensure duties are completed, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability while delivering safe, quality food.

You will work night/overnight hours, require 18+ years old, and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them.
• Able to sweep/mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by directing team members and ensuring tasks are completed.
• Maintain inventory and financial accountability during shifts.
• Provide safe, high-quality food and customer service.
• Assist in training and coaching team members.
• Oversee night/overnight operations as needed.
