Job summary

Taco Bell's Charter Foods franchise is seeking a Shift Manager to support the management team during night shifts. You will lead a team, ensure safety and food quality, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards while delivering fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Able to work at night/overnight hours.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them.
