Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, seeks a Shift Manager to run great shifts and uphold Charter Foods standards and brand expectations. You will lead the team with a smile, seek help when needed, and guide others to deliver safe, quality food.

You will oversee duties, manage inventory and financials, and ensure a safe environment for staff and customers while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to work at night/overnight hours.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift by guiding the team with a positive approach.
• Ensure Team Members complete all assigned duties.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability.
