Job summary

Charter Foods, a franchisee for Taco Bell, seeks a Shift Manager to lead the shift and uphold brand standards. You will guide a team, manage inventory, and ensure safe, quality food is delivered in a timely manner while working late hours.

The role requires night/overnight availability, 18+ years old, and strong math and leadership skills. This position offers growth opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Able to work at night/overnight hours.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them.
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers, and place them in an outside bin.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Lead your shift by guiding the team with a smile and seeking help when needed.
• Ensure Team Members complete all assigned duties and maintain inventory levels.
• Maintain financial accountability during shift and ensure timely service.
• Deliver safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers at all times.
