Job summary

Taco Bell, a Charter Foods franchisee, is seeking a Shift Manager to support the management team in running shifts and upholding brand standards. You will lead the team with a positive attitude, oversee duties, manage inventory, and ensure financial accountability to deliver safe, quality food to customers.

Responsibilities include supervising and motivating staff, working side-by-side with team members, and maintaining a safe restaurant environment while ensuring operational standards are met

Qualifications

• Able to work at night/overnight hours.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by guiding the team and ensuring tasks are completed.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability for the shift.
• Ensure safe, quality food delivery to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
