Job summary

Taco Bell, operated by Charter Foods, seeks a Shift Manager to support the management team in running shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards and brand standards. You will lead the shift by guiding the team, seeking help when needed, and ensuring duties are completed while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

You will lead inventory control, maintain financial accountability, and strive to deliver safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Basic math and accounting skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team
• Must be 18+ and able to work night/overnight hours
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift by coordinating team activities and ensuring tasks are completed.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability.
• Ensure timely service and delivery of safe, quality food.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Sweep, mop, and clean as required; maintain restaurant grounds.
