Job summary

Charter Foods, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Shift Manager to support the management team in running great shifts and meeting brand standards. You will lead the team, oversee duties, and ensure safe, quality service.

You will be responsible for inventory control, financial accountability, and maintaining a positive work environment while upholding guest satisfaction and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Able to work at night/overnight hours.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical/decision-making abilities.
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
