Job summary

Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Management Team in running great shifts and upholding Charter Foods and Taco Bell standards. You will lead the shift, guide teammates, and ensure duties are completed while maintaining safety and quality for customers.

Requirements include being 18+, able to work at night, basic math and computer literacy, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Able to work at night/overnight hours.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to supervise and motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and guide team members to complete duties.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability.
• Ensure safe, high-quality food is delivered to customers.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Be flexible to support the Management Team as needed.
