Job summary

Lotus Bakeries US Manufacturing LLC in Mebane, NC is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to keep packaging and processing lines running safely and efficiently on nights, 6:30 pm–7:00 am, 2-2-3 schedule. You will perform corrective maintenance and implement systematic improvements across the plant.

The role requires solid electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, ability to read blueprints, forklift experience, and CMMS use (Ultimo).

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• Experience in food processing environment preferred.
• Basic electrical knowledge and repair experience.
• Able to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective maintenance on packaging and processing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
• Change, adjust, and fine-tune machines in the factory.
• Monitor performance after changes with operators and leads.
• Participate in the development and implementation of technical projects.
• Maintain effective spare parts inventory.
• Report unsafe situations and assist in preventive solutions.
• Perform calibration activities.
• Support tidiness and cleanliness of technical facilities.
