Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or technical certificate required or equivalent experience.
• 2 years vocational/technical training in mechanical or electrical applications preferred.
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a facilities/industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety requirements including OSHA standards (LOTO, safe work practices).
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment related to facility and conveyance systems; document work in asset management system.
• Report spare parts usage and inventory levels to Maintenance leadership.
• Train junior technicians to elevate performance and troubleshoot assets.
• Collaborate with outside vendors to complete projects safely and timely.
• Support DC operations with assigned duties as needed.
