Job summary

Accelera Staffing seeks a dedicated Maintenance Technician for our St. Cloud, Wisconsin facility to maintain and repair plant equipment and systems. You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components to keep production running smoothly.

The role is full-time with a night shift (6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.) on a 5225 rotation, offering competitive hourly pay and opportunities for internal training and apprenticeship programs.

Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance in manufacturing environments is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Use predictive maintenance to detect issues and implement preventive measures.
• Execute work orders via our maintenance management platform and communicate progress to the team.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis to reduce downtime and improve plant reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and maintenance staff to solve technical challenges.
• Follow safety protocols, GMPs and housekeeping guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Mentor apprentices and support internal training programs.
