Hoffmaster in Clintonville, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the night shift. You will maintain, repair, troubleshoot, install, and upgrade production equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.

The role requires hands-on mechanical/electrical skills, ability to read schematics, and strong problem-solving. Night shift premium applies; advancement opportunities in a stable manufacturing environment.

• Candidates will be considered based on a combination of maintenance experience, technical aptitude, education, certifications, and demonstrated skills.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform product and machine changeovers on manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to established schedules.
• Install, modify, rebuild, and upgrade production equipment and facility systems.
• Lead maintenance projects from planning through completion.
• Document repairs, labor, and parts usage with diagnostic tools.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders.
• Operate fabrication, machining, welding, and maintenance equipment.
• Ensure safety policies, GMP requirements, and SQF standards.
• Train, mentor, and support fellow maintenance team members.
• Promote a positive, safe, and team‑oriented work environment.
