Ring Container Packaging in Louisville, KY seeks a 12-hour night shift Maintenance Technician I to ensure safe operation of all plant equipment and perform preventative maintenance. You will troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical issues, conduct mold changeovers, and maintain thorough maintenance records.
The role requires a High School diploma or GED with 2–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
Competenze
- High school diploma or GED and relevant technical certifications for servicing industrial equipment.
- 2–3 years of preventative maintenance experience in hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical troubleshooting in manufacturing.
- Ability to work on a rotating 12-hour night shift with overtime availability.
Mansioni
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of all equipment and meet OEE and quality targets.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment; perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical problems; perform mold changeovers as directed.
- Maintain records, manage parts inventory, and support training and safety initiatives.
- Operate equipment and participate in building maintenance and continuous improvement activities.
