Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company in Youngstown, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift (11pm-7am). You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and support systems, partner with production and engineering teams, and document activities to uphold safety and efficiency.

You should have mechanical and electrical aptitude, read blueprints, and be able to use a multimeter. Must furnish basic tools and be able to work overtime, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in a technical field is a plus but not required.
• Minimum of 5–10 years maintenance or related-industry experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and nights.
• Able to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and support equipment.
• Troubleshoot downtime issues and implement improvements with engineering teams.
• Document maintenance activities and uphold safety and quality standards.
• Maintain pneumatic/hydraulic systems and electrical equipment.
• Operate lift trucks and various shop equipment; assist other technicians.
