Job summary

OBE is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain production machinery. You will analyze and diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and support others as needed under the Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements include the ability to wire motors and electrical components, perform plumbing, cutting with oxy/acetylene and plasma, and troubleshoot from prints. A safety-first mindset and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Safety awareness and professionalism during the workday.
• Ability to work with little supervision and take ownership of tasks.
• Wiring motors, motor starters, relays, and electrical components with minimal assistance.
• Perform plumbing (PVC, black iron, copper).
• Operate oxy/acetylene and plasma cutting equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment from prints.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on assigned production machinery, including diagnosing issues.
• Send equipment to PM and report problems.
• Assist others with problems as needed.
