Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for the Sumner, WA facility to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will perform preventive maintenance, assist operators with adjustments and changeovers on night shift ( Sundays–Tuesdays, 5:00 PM–5:15 AM ), review maintenance documentation, and support a safe, organized workspace with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing maintenance experience or equivalent technical background.
• Ability to read repair instructions, prints, flowcharts, and schematics.
• Experience using e-mail, component maintenance manuals, and illustrated parts lists.
• Packaging experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems on K cup manufacturing equipment.
• Demonstrate troubleshooting capabilities on control systems, servo drives, motors.
• Perform various equipment preventive maintenance tasks as necessary, but routinely in cases requiring technical expertise.
• Review documentation for maintenance activity using the maintenance database, and properly utilize the maintenance inventory system.
• Repair and maintain items necessary to maintain equipment in optimum operating condition.
• Assist in day-to-day support of operators for adjustments, setups, and change overs.
• Assist other maintenance technicians as required.
• Will assist in the training and coaching others on best practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned
