Qualifications

• 2+ years’ direct maintenance experience maintaining, troubleshooting, & repairing mechanical & electrical systems.
• Ability to read and understand complex instructions, prints, flowcharts, block diagrams, and schematics.
• Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment, demonstrating safe behaviors at all times.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on packaging equipment.
• Support autonomous maintenance and TPM initiatives to improve uptime.
• Assist in machine changeovers and setup for production lines.
• Identify root causes and implement improvements to reduce downtime.
