Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician I at our Essex Junction, VT facility.

You will troubleshoot, repair and maintain electrical and mechanical manufacturing equipment on a N1 shift, with overtime as needed, to keep production safe and efficient. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, reviewing maintenance activity in the database, assisting operators with adjustments and changeovers, training others, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing maintenance experience or equivalent technical experience.
• Ability to read and understand repair instructions, prints, flowchart and schematics.
• Experience using e-mail, component maintenance manuals, and illustrated parts lists.
• Packaging experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems on K cup manufacturing equipment.
• Demonstrate troubleshooting capabilities on control systems, servo drives, motors.
• Perform various equipment preventive maintenance tasks as necessary, but routinely in cases requiring technical expertise.
• Review documentation for maintenance activity using the maintenance database, and properly utilize the maintenance inventory system.
• Repair and maintain items necessary to maintain equipment in optimum operating condition.
• Assist in day-to-day support of operators for adjustments, setups, and change overs.
• Assist other maintenance technicians as required.
• Will assist in the training and coaching others on best practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures.
• Maintain safe, clean, & well-organized work areas.
• Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
