Job summary

Jobot is hiring Maintenance Technicians for a 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM overnight shift at its Delphos, Ohio facility. The role focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing production equipment across pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, pumps, and control systems.

A strong mechanical background in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment is valued. Candidates should be hands-on, able to work independently, and contribute to continuous improvement while ensuring safety

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, pumps, bearings and valves.
• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus and helpful in a PLC-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Repair and maintain equipment including pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, pumps, bearings, valves and boilers.
