Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Tech to repair and maintain factory equipment in a fast-paced environment in Lebanon, OH. The role covers troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues, reading blueprints, and performing preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 1–3 years related experience preferred, or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain factory equipment including machine tools, compressors, HVAC systems, plating plants, and assembly equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues; dismantle and repair/replace defective parts.
• Inspect parts and test equipment to ensure proper operation; adjust devices and instruments.
• Set up and operate lathe, drill press, mill, grinder, and other metalworking tools.
• Initiate purchase orders for parts and machines; perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Participate in improvement activities and maintain clean work areas.
