Job summary

GZ Printpak LLC in Mount Pleasant, WI is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician / Machine Setter for the 3rd shift. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment while supporting changeovers and startups.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, with experience in industrial machinery and a safety-conscious approach. Electrical troubleshooting is valued but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training in industrial maintenance, mechanics, electromechanical technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and related facility systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and pneumatic equipment issues.
• Set up and adjust production equipment according to production requirements and product specifications.
• Perform and support machine changeovers, startups, adjustments, and setup verification.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime while identifying root causes.
