Job summary

Staff Perm is seeking a dedicated Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technician to support our high-volume printing and packaging operations on the 3rd shift in Lenexa, Kansas. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure safe, continuous production.

The role requires at least 3 years of machine maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and hands-on use of diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Must be 18 years or older.
Minimum of 3 years experience in machine maintenance.
Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge of complex industrial equipment.
Experience using diagnostic tools (multimeter, clamp meter, continuity tester, non-contact voltage tester, logic probe).

Responsibilities

Perform systematic inspection, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis on mechanical and electromechanical equipment.
Disassemble and reassemble machines, replace parts, adjust components, and restore equipment to meet operational standards.
Follow diagrams, schematics, manuals, and engineering specifications to ensure compliance with production requirements.
Clean and lubricate moving parts, order replacement components, and verify repair quality.
Serve as a resource for resolving complex mechanical and electrical problems across the production floor.
