Job summary

Conagra Brands in Louisville, KY is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 10:00 PM–6:00 AM shift. You will perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment in a fast-paced environment, aiming to minimize downtime and support production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience performing maintenance in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, work orders, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and complete repairs promptly.
• Support equipment changeovers, startups, and shutdowns to meet production schedules.
• Follow food safety, quality, safety, and GMP requirements at all times.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment status to the Maintenance Team Leader and operations partners.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
